Can I use my own dumbbells and/or bench?
Yes, you can. However, our dumbbells and bench pair well with the Mirror, saving you space and time changing weight between exercises. If you have your own dumbbells & bench you can use those too!
What is the maximum weight lifting capability of the dumbbells?
Each Smart Dumbbell adjusts from 2kg to 20kg in 2kg increments with a quick twist of the handle. Both dumbbells would give a maximum of 40kg of resistance when used together.
What are the 20kgs dumbbells dimensions?
38cm length x 18cm width x 20cm height. Handle length: 10cm. Width: 3-4cm
What are the dimensions of the bench?
100cm length x 36cm height x 32cm width. Folded down, the height is just 20cm
