Our main content types are Strength, Core, HIIT, Yoga, Dance and elements of Cardio.
There are currently more than 200 exercises which have AI tracking embedded, as part of 20+ programmes which are 4-weeks each. We also have 100+ one-off classes you can take also which are 15, 30, 45 mins in length.
New content is updated often with more world class athletes coming onboard.
